Delivery, payments, returns, sizing and customisation — the things parents ask us most.
How long does delivery take in Pakistan?
Orders are dispatched from Lahore within 1 working day. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days inside Lahore and 3 to 5 working days for the rest of Pakistan, including Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 5,000.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD) anywhere in Pakistan, so you pay the rider when the parcel reaches your door. Cash on Delivery is currently our only payment method.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange an unworn item in its original packaging with tags attached. Message us on WhatsApp at 0300-2015889 or use the contact form and we will arrange the pickup or exchange. Personalised name-print items can only be returned if the item itself is faulty.
How do I choose the right size for my child?
Maison Mini is cut for ages 1 to 10 and Super Squad for ages 11 to 15. Each product page lists the sizes available for that item, and our fits are generous rather than tight so there is room to grow through the season. If your child is between sizes we recommend going one size up, or send us their height and age on WhatsApp and we will advise.
How does the Customize name-print feature work?
On any Customize product page, type the name you want printed (up to 30 characters), pick one of three font styles and one of five print colours, and you will see a live preview on the shirt before you order. Personalisation adds Rs 200 to the item price. The print is heat-set so it survives regular machine washing.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes, we ship to every city in Pakistan. Maison by DHS is based in Lahore but the majority of our orders go out nationwide, with the same cash-on-delivery option and the same 7-day return window.
Can I place a bulk order for an event or family occasion?
We do take bulk orders for events, family occasions and matching outfits. Send us the quantities, sizes and any customisation you need through the contact form or on WhatsApp and we will come back with pricing and a delivery timeline, usually within one working day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with your order number. You can view the current status of every order from the My Account page, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check it for you.
